Terms

Last updated September 2026. I've written these to be easy to read. If anything isn't clear, ask me.

Booking and paying

Your teen's place is confirmed once the invoice is paid, or once the first part is paid if you're splitting it in two. Prices are in US dollars unless it says otherwise.

Refunds

If a group programme isn't working for your teen, tell me before the third session and I'll refund you in full, minus any payment fees. For 1:1 packages, unused sessions can be refunded or moved.

Missed sessions and changes

Group sessions run as scheduled. If your teen misses one, they get a catch-up. If I ever need to move a session, I'll tell you as early as I can and offer another time.

Behaviour

I expect everyone in class to treat each other kindly. If someone's behaviour makes a session unsafe or unkind for others, I may remove them from that session, and I'll always talk to a parent.

Who owns the work

Your teen does. Everything they make in class belongs to them.
