Tutoring · Up to 6 teens

A small class that meets every week

Some teens work harder when there are other students around them. In a group of up to six, your teen has people to learn from and a fixed time in the week, and I can still keep track of what each of them is finding hard.

Why me

What I bring

  • I've taught teenagers since 2021, first in classrooms and now live online.
  • I've run workshops for youth groups since 2022, with Lincoln Corner, Youth Impact and Dialogue Academy.
  • I use AI tools to build things most weeks, and I teach teens where those tools help and where they get things wrong.

How it runs

Four steps

  1. 1

    Tell me what they need

Send me a message about what they're studying, what's going well and what feels hard right now.

  2. 2

    Try a class

Your teen joins the group for a free trial class and meets everyone.

  3. 3

    Join the group

If it feels right, they join for a term and meet at the same time every week.

  4. 4

    Show the work

At the end of the term, each teen presents something they've made, like a project, a short talk or a piece of work they're proud of.

Questions

Good to know

Should my teen join a group or work one-to-one?
A group suits teens who like company and steady weekly practice. One-to-one suits a specific goal or a close deadline. If you're not sure, the free trial class usually makes it clear.
Is every class live?
Yes. Every class is me teaching your teen on Zoom at the time we agreed. There are no recorded videos to watch instead.
Which time zones do you teach?
I'm on UTC+5. That suits afternoons and evenings in the UK, Europe and the Gulf. For families in North America, weekend mornings usually work best.
